Priscilla Queen of the Desert: The Musical is coming to Newcastle’s Civic Theatre from 17 to 20 December 2026 for five shows only.

Based on the Oscar winning, groundbreaking film, this dazzling musical comedy follows three friends on a hilarious and heartwarming journey across the Australian Outback to stage the show of a lifetime. Priscilla Queen of the Desert is a joyful celebration of friendship, love, acceptance, and being unapologetically yourself.

This spectacular musical extravaganza features an iconic soundtrack of 80s and 90s disco and dance anthems including Hot Stuff, It’s Raining Men, I Will Survive, I Love the Nightlife, True Colours, Finally and many more.
