Pre-show Dining Terms and Conditions

  • Pre-purchased Pre-Show Dining bookings (including a table reservation) close one week prior to the performance date and are subject to availability.
  • Table-only reservations are available up to 48 hours prior to performance start time and are subject to availability.
  • All reservations to arrive a minimum 1 hour prior to the performance start time. We will not be able to guarantee service in time for the performance if you arrive late. We recommend you arrive 2 hours prior to the performance start time to ensure you have appropriate time to enjoy your dinner service.
  • Any special dietary requirements need to be advised at the time of booking.
  • Published sample menu is subject to change without notice.
  • Some food items may sell out and will be served on a first-in basis.
  • Additional food and drink requested on the night can be paid for by cash or card.
  • Hot food will not be permitted into the auditorium.
  • Refunds and Cancellations:
    • Requests must be submitted to civicticketoffice@ncc.nsw.gov.au or by phoning 4929 1977 no later than 48 hours prior to the booking. Cancellation fees apply.
    • Requests made within 48 hours of the booking are not refundable.
    • No refund in the event of a no-show.
    • Bookings are transferable to another date, subject to availability. Requests must be submitted to civicticketoffice@ncc.nsw.gov.au or by phoning 4929 1977 no later than 48 hours prior to the booking. Exchange fees apply.

Gourmet Box Terms and Conditions

  • Boxes will be available for pick up 1 hour prior to the performance start time at the appropriate bar.
    • Civic Theatre performance - collect from the Civic Bar
    • Playhouse performance - collect from the Playhouse bar
    • City Hall performance - collect from the Cummings Bar
  • Please note the Gourmet Box may contain products with gluten, dairy, soy & nuts. No substitutions or menu alterations are available.
  • Boxes are permitted into the auditorium.
  • Additional food and drink requested on the night can be paid for by cash or card.
  • Purchase of a box does not reserve you a table.
